George Strait revealed at a press conference in Nashville on Wednesday (9/26) that he’ll embark on his final two-year tour in 2013.  “It’s been a...hard decision for me to make...But, as far as the touring goes, I’ve decided that I’m not gonna tour anymore after these next two years.” The Cowboy Rides Away tour will begin on January 18^th in Lubbock, Texas and feature special guest Martina McBride. “King George” says this isn’t retirement, as he plans to continue recording new music and playing select dates once the tour wraps up. In fact, he goes into the studio next month to begin working on a new album.
